Nicole is a mature master’s level MA in Counselling Psychology practicum student who is qualified to practice under the College of Registered Psychotherapists and is providing psychotherapy under clinical supervision.
Nicole offers a calm, compassionate presence and is deeply committed to supporting clients through life’s challenges and healing from trauma. Her work is grounded in empathic listening, creating a safe and trusting space, and working collaboratively with clients to explore their experiences and goals.
She brings a rich background to her role, as a trained educator, professional coach, and practicing yoga teacher. She has also completed advanced trainings, including Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Somatic Experiencing, two trauma-informed approaches. These experiences and skills reflect her long-standing interest in fostering internal safety, self-awareness, and body-mind practices.
